| Backcountry Touring Focus Guided Tours | A typical day includes ski lift access from the ski resort's base to the upper peaks. An excellent warm up of off-piste freeriding then ski tour into the backcountry accessing peaks, bowls and chutes and chasing the best snow.
Our ski touring ascents can range from short 30 minute excursions, to several hours. Your efforts are rewarded with unforgettable ski descents, fresh powder, first tracks, and no crowds!

Good spring skiing conditions exist throughout Chile and Argentina. Lower mountain conditions are poor, with heavy sticky snow, but mid-mountain and upper mountain skiing offers great corn snow. More snow is in the forecasted this weekend in Bariloche.

INTERMEDIATE: You have confidence and control on Intermediate-Advanced runs in all snow conditions and occasionally ski Black Diamond terrain when the conditions are right for you. You are ready to put more time in challenging terrain and variable snow conditions.
ADVANCED: You ride confidently, and can control your turns in all snow (powder, ice, corn), slope, and weather conditions, on or off piste.
**Snowboarders should be prepared for longer heel and toe side traverses in varying snow and visibility.
EXPERT: Virtually mastered all riding styles at dynamic speeds, strong in all snow conditions and terrain including steep bowls and chutes.
**For Ski Mountaineering Trips, you have some experience with alpine touring equipment while wearing a weighted backpack.
