Day trip ski tours vary from an 1800m (3300ft) run starting on the rim of a volcanic crater after watching the epic sunset, to Alaska style faces that lead into hot springs just waiting for us to soak in.

It is truly a unique 7-day ski and snowboard adventure with a full week of backcountry ski touring exploration, culture and comfortable lodging in Las Trancas, Chile.

Quick Tour Itinerary

Starts: Concepcion, Chile
Ends: Concepcion

Day 1: Fly into Concepcion (we can help you booking this flight from Santiago), private transfer to Las Trancas our home base for the trip, meet your PowderQuest backcountry ski guides, check-in, group and trip intro, dinner

Day 2-6: Breakfast, Avalanche and Mountain Safety review, full day ski touring and exploring Termas de Chillan's endless backcountry and volcanoes, enjoy the natural hot springs, local culture, dinner.

Day 7: Breakfast, free morning to explore or sleep in, transfer to Concepcion Airport to connect to Santiago.

Arrival-Departure Flight Schedule

Our agents will be happy to assist you with your travel reservations.

You need to fly to Santiago (SCL), Chile and connect to Concepcion (CCP). Please schedule your flight to Concepcion on LAN for the following schedule:

Sept 13-19 Tour: flight LA209, departing at 12:05 arriving 13:15. The group will meet the guides at the Concepcion airport and depart to Las Trancas. The trip ends on the afternoon of Day 7. You need to book LAN LA210 departing CCP at 16:50 arriving SCL at 18:00.

You can either fly home that night, or our agents would be happy to arrange an extended stay. Santiago offers wine tours, coast trips, bike touring, cultural tours, and more skiing options. Contact us for more details.

A 30% deposit is required at time of reservation. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, PayPal, bank wires. Checks are accepted from USA bank accounts.

Note: Single travelers as well as small groups of 2-8 guests are welcome! We do everything in our power to run all advertised trips, however we require a minimum of 5 guests to sign up in order to operate.
