Ski Tour in Chile at Termas de Chillan, Valle Nevado and Portillo with optional cat skiing in El Arpa

We start the trip with excellent skiing on the beautiful Chillan Volcano and ski resort.  Visit Chillan's market for a taste of the local Indian and rural culture then head up to the Farellones Village to ski La Parva, El Colorado, and Valle Nevado with over 25,000 acres of dry Andean powder. Finally, we ski one of the world's top rated resorts; Portillo, plus options to ski Chile's only Cat skiing operation, El Arpa.
 
Experience friendly guides, excellent food, over 50 years of Chilean skiing tradition and comfortable lodging. On the mountain you can step up the adventure with optional off-piste guided ski excursions, cat skiing, and heliskiing.

Starts: Concepcion, Chile (40 min. flight from Santiago)
Ends: Santiago, Chile

Day 1: Fly into Concepcion meet your PowderQuest guides, drive to Las Trancas, hotel check-in, group and trip intro, Dinner on the town.

Day 2-4: Breakfast, ski days at Termas de Chillan ski resort, free afternoons around town, dinners.

Day 5: Breakfast, Central Market in Chillan, train to Santiago, transfer to Farellones, hotel check in, dinner.

Day 6-7: Breakfast, full days skiing La Parva, El Colorado, and Valle Nevado,  afternoon of day 7 drive to San Esteban to our hotel, dinner.

Day 8: Breakfast, drive to Portillo Ski Resort, ski, return to San Esteban, dinner. Optional day for cat skiing El Arpa.

Day 9: Breakfast, you choice: ski Portillo ski resort with your guides or go to El Arpa Cat ski, dinner.

Day 10: Breakfast, day excursion in Santiago, transfer to airport to meet your p.m. flight out.
