Our Freerider trip is where it all started a decade ago.

Freerider is focused on fun, powder, 5 resorts in Chile and Argentina, smoking volcanoes, Patagonia, National Parks, Andes Culture, and off piste powder adventures with knowledgeable certified guides, all at a high paced, travel-intensive good time.

This ski and snowboard trip is ideal for the advanced to expert snow lover with summer dreams of off-piste freeriding, powder, travel, unforgettable meals and adventure.

Off Piste Focus: If you are an advanced to expert skier or snowboarder looking for the perfect combo of ski lift serviced off-piste terrain and short hikes taking us beyond the ski area boundaries away from the crowds of the ski resorts, plus options to push further out and hike and ride 2 of Chile's volcanoes this is for you!

Backcountry Focus: A guided adventure for strong advanced or experts looking to combine backcountry touring using alpine ski touring equipment (randonee, telemark, snowshoes, or splitboards) plus expansive off-piste freeriding around the local ski resorts and volcanoes.

Starts: Bariloche, Argentina
Ends: Santiago, Chile

Day 1: Fly into Bariloche, Argentina meet your PowderQuest guides, hotel check-in, group and trip intro, avalanche safety session, dinner

Day 2-3: Breakfast, two days of fantastic skiing at Alta Patagonia and beyond the boundaries into the backcountry of National Park Nahuel Huappi, dinner on the town.

Day 4-5: Breakfast, quick drive to one of our favorite towns, Villa La Angostura. Ski Cerro Bayo and it's amazing off piste options, dinner on the town.

Day 6: Breakfast, ski at Cerro Bayo or travel to San Martin de Los Andes through the beautiful 7 Lakes, afternoon skiing at Chapelco. Overnight in San Martin hotel, dinner on the town.

Day 7-8: Breakfast, full day skiing Chapleco and it's off-piste and backcountry, dinner on the town, nights at hotel in San Martin.

Day 9: Breakfast, ski at Chapelco then we travel across the border to Chile where we will spend the next 3 nights in the town of Pucon. Dinner on the town and prep for asscent of the active Volcano Villarrica.

Day 10-11: Breakfast, attempt to climb Villarrica Volcano, Dinner on the town, Hotsprings and other activities such as rafting, mountain biking, horseback riding and more!

Day 12: Breakfast, road trip to the city of Chillan where we stop to explore the famous market. After lunch we head up to the small village of Las Trancas where we spend the remaining days of the tour skiing around Termas de Chillan.

Day 13-15: Breakfast, 3 full days of off-piste exploring around the vast terrain of Termas de Chillan, including several options to reach the peaks of nearby volcanoes. Dinners on the town with a last night celebration cook out that you will not forget.

Day 16: Breakfast, travel to Santiago Airport
